The officials and employees of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MOLE) participated in the Orientation-Workshop on Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) led by the Civil Service Commission for BARMM, specifically Atty. Yasmin Abdulkarim, Dir. Dominador Gonzales, Jr., and HR Chief Mary Grace Mission, on May 23-25, 2022 at Surya Hall, Mall of ALNor, Cotabato City.
 
The workshop aims to improve the assessment, performance ratings, and regular operations of the ministry.
 
 
In his message, MOLE Minister Muslimin G. Sema expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the Civil Service Commission for this opportunity to learn to link employee performance with organizational performance.
