The conduct of NSO was based on the directive from the Office of the Chief Minister (OCM)-BARMM, led by Chief Minister Ahod B. Ebrahim, to discuss the recently released BARMM Employee Handbook to the said MOLE-BARMM employees.

The OCM and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) thru its service provider, the Capacity Development Project for Bangsamoro, worked together to create the BARMM Employee Handbook (CDPB).

The resource speaker of the said activity was Ms. Hellie Biruar, Consultant of CDPB, who introduced the said BARMM Employee Handbook to the MOLE Employees.

Also, she discussed the policies, rules, and regulations as public servants of the BARMM Government in line with its Vision, Mission, and Moral Governance, and the Role of the CSC-BARMM, aside from the discussion on the recently released BARMM Employee Handbook.

The activity began with opening remarks delivered by Chief Technical Consultant Engr. Dong K. Anayatin and followed by the acknowledgment of all MOLE employees under Plantilla positions.
