The Bureau of Labor Relations and Standards (BLRS), headed by Director Hatta T. Jumdain, of the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MOLE)-BARMM,led by Minister Muslimin G. Sema, conducted an “Awarding of Fund Assistance” under the Bangsamoro Rural Employment through Entrepreneurial Development (BREED) Program to the Registered Bangsamoro Workers Association (RBWA)in Kabacan, North Cotabato on September 22,2022.
The conduct of “Awarding of Fund Assistance” under BREED regular program and it was co-facilitated by MOLE SGA Field Office headed by LEO II Moctar S. Macalipat.
The cash assistance awarded to 21 Qualified Association Beneficiaries or Registered Bangsamoro Workers Association (RBWAs).
Along with Director Jumdain who awarded the said assistance to RBWAs were Chief LEO Maynard D. Jamolod, BLRS Labor Welfare Division head; LEO I Norhan M. Kuga; and Labor Assistants Bainalyn Pandacan, Shafier Baraguir and Sharif Timhar H. Habib Majid.
The awarding of cash assistance to RBWAs was held in the presence of Sanggadong Barangay Chairman Kundatuan A. Macalipat, MNLF SKSRC III State Chairman Johny Endaila, BLGU Member Sittie Balabagan Manalasal of Barangay Nalapaan, Pikit Municipality and Barangay Secretary Lailah Sultan Aliman of Barangay Batulawan, Pikit.
The said payout aimed to help the beneficiaries become self-employed through livelihood formation.
