October 06-07, 2022 – Orientation Seminar and Biometric Enrollment of Overseas Bangsamoro Workers Beneficiaries under Repatriation Program of the Overseas Worker Welfare Bureau (OWWB) under the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MOLE)-BARMM was held at the MOLE Conference Room, AL Nor Extension Bldg.,Cotabato City.
This two-day Orientation and Biometric Enrollment for the OBWs beneficiaries is for their verification and added to the OBW database. During the Orientation RAD-OWWB Chief Arthur Dalid, Jr. talked about the “Repatriation Program for Overseas Bangsamoro Workers”; Assistant Field Office Head of Maguindanao Rudy Payag for “Life Challenges and Realities of Working Abroad”; Administrative Aide III Thalybai G. Sumail and Jayabai M. Salik discussed about “Starting a Small Business”. Also, the Lady of Ceremony and Administrative Assistant III Fatimadeya Ontuwa shared about the “Financial Planning and Budgeting Tips”. This orientation was attended by the 40 qualified OBWs beneficiaries.
MOLE-BARMM Minister Muslimin G. Sema shared his message virtually for the qualified OBWs beneficiaries about the significance of this Orientation and Biometric Enrollment.
This activity was headed by Bangsamoro Director General and Bureau of Administrative and Finance Services Director Datu Surab A. Abutazil,Jr., OWWB Director Annuarudin U. Tayuan, MPA and OWWB-RAD Chief Arthur Dalid, Jr.,. This was co-facilitated by MOLE Maguindanao Field Office Head Hamsa G. Nul for the Maguindanao Beneficiaries.
OWWB Director Annuarudin U. Tayuan gave assurance for the Overseas Bangsamoro Workers of the Bangsamoro Region the protection and promotion of their rights and welfare.
