On June 1-2, 2022,
the Bureau of Labor Relations and Standards (BLRS), Bangsamoro Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (BTWPB) and MOLE-Lanao del Sur Field Office conducted the Lecture Orientation on Labor Relations, Human Relations and Productivity (7s of Good Housekeeping) LHP at MOLE-Lanao del Sur Field Office, Marawi City.
 
There were 30 participants for June 1 and another 30 for June 2—a total of 60 participants from different private establishments in Lanao del Sur. The head facilitator for this orientation was BLRS Labor and Employment Officer II Adnan Khasogi Mangondato.
 
The aim of the activity is to foster harmonious relationship between the workers and management in the company which leads to the establishment of industrial peace, harmony and higher productivity.
