The Bureau of Employment, Promotion and Welfare (BEPW) of MOLE conducted the Employment and Career Coaching to the Government Internship Development Program beneficiaries on July 12, 2022 (afternoon session) at Beachside Inn, Bongao, Tawi-Tawi.
The Program is regularly being implemented by the BEPW, headed by Director Sara Jane Sinsuat, MPA, JD and the activity was led by the focal person Dr. Yahiya Sabal, Chief LEO of the Recruitment and Accreditation Division together with LEO I Fatimahaisah Unda, BEPW Staff Zaidsrah Rakim and Supervising LEO Haipa Jumdain, Head of MOLE Tawi-Tawi Field Office.
Director Sinsuat lectured on Career Coaching, Work Ethics and Career Inventory. CLEO Sabal discussed Labor Market Information and Digital Literacy and LEO l Unda shared her knowledge on Financial Literacy.
The program was participated by 50 interns from Tawi-Tawi who were deployed in different agencies, business firms and other NGOs in the locality of the province.
The goal of this program is to give the interns knowledge on Job Matching through labor market information, job hunting/searching, financial literacy, and opportunities they need to secure a career, decide on job choices and life decisions.
