On May 16, 2022,

officials and staff from the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MOLE-BARMM) and its Bureau of Employment, Promotion and Welfare (BEPW) paid a courtesy visit to Sulu Provincial Governor Abdusakur Tan and Jolo Municipal Mayor Kerkhar Tan. The proposed establishment of the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) in the municipalities of Sulu and the overview of MOLE Programs were discussed.

The MOLE team was led by BEPW Director Sara Jane Sinsuat, OIC Head of the MOLE Zamboanga Satellite Office Jemimah Amin-Ilaji, and OIC Head of MOLE Sulu Field Office Refka Estino.
